Refund policy

Return, Exchange and Replacement Policy:

We are excited to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, backed by our 15-day policy for returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements, commencing from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item should remain in its original state – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Ensuring you keep the receipt or proof of purchase is also crucial.

Kindly note that in cases where our courier partners do not offer service to certain pin codes for reverse pick-up, you will need to arrange for the self-shipment of the product(s). To facilitate this, kindly share a confirmation email containing the tracking ID.

Refund Process:

Upon initiating a return request via email, we promptly arrange for a pick-up of the item. Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return request, our designated courier partners will collect the item. Subsequently, the item undergoes thorough scrutiny by our quality control team upon its return to our warehouse. Following successful quality assessment, we proceed to initiate a refund to your bank account or provide wallet credit.

Refunds are promptly initiated within 48 hours upon receiving the product at our Warehouse.

For Prepaid orders: Refunds are directly processed to the original payment source.

For COD orders: Refunds are facilitated through a Razorpay Payout link, shared with returning customers. Kindly enter accurate details within the link and select your preferred payment method.

For Wallet orders: Refunds are credited back to the wallet. Please bear in mind that wallet refunds strictly adhere to RBI guidelines and cannot be redirected to any alternative payment source.
